    Good value for the price. Well located close to the S-bahn and one station from the main Train Station. The staff is friendly. The rooms are convenient and clean. It is not a romantic hotel but it is perfect for a trip with friends.

    I have been here twice now and both times it has been absolutely amazing, the staff are lovely, the food is pretty decent, the environment is great. The breakfast in the morning (continental) , oh my god, it was amazing similar to the Marriott but they part of the same group so not unexpected. The rooms both times have been very comfy with a modern/rustic look and works great. 5 min walk from a main train station. It is in the heart of Hamburg so quite noisy if you have windows open but pretty quiet once closed even though I have a minor issue this hotel is still 5⭐️ for me
