Location

This hotel is located in the cultural heart of Hamburg and is an ideal base from which to explore the city. Guests can enjoy good access to the attractive city centre, as well as Altona Station and all major attractions, on the bus lines 2 and 3, which leave from right in front of the hotel. The well known musical theatres, sports stadiums and the harbour, with its boarding ramps and fish market, are situated close to the hotel and can be reached quickly and easily. It is just 15 min to the trendy district around the notorious red light strip, the Reeperbahn, which offers numerous unique bars, caés and restaurants.

Facility

The hotel has 3 junior suites, 24 single rooms and 203 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside, it may not look the “nicest,” but the moment you walk through the doors, you’re blown away. The atmosphere is welcoming, homely, and cosy — and that feeling continues throughout the entire hotel.The interior is modern while still feeling warm and inviting. The staff were amazing: friendly, chatty, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was excellent too.     Great hotel, breakfast, bad aircondition and disappointing help with this.My aircondition did not work, and after asking someone to check it, they did not. In the evening I asked about it, and was told to go up to my room and check myself --> came back to say nothing's changed --> got a new room and nothing more.
