    The location is really loud with traffic starting 4 AM. Beds are bad and the rooms dirty. Breakfast vey limited and not living up to a normal German hotel breakfast.Just a very poor overall performance for a high price!

    Room on top 5th floor ... very hot, poor ventilation, only one fan which didn’t provide air to all 4 people in room.Poor lighting. Breakfast dreadful .... accept that in corona virus times things need to be done differently. BUT we paid for breakfast and to be offered pre-packed sandwiches, and a very limited selection of apples/pears/yoghurt is poor. We actually opted to go go to a nearby cafe breakfast instead. Staff not friendly. Abrupt and curt in manner. No car parking near hotel. Need to use closest multi storey which is 10 mins walk away.

    The hotel does not live up to expectations and the pictures on their website. Bad beds, almost no lighting, faulty lift and generally dirty and a lot of things are broken in the room. Not recommendable!

    The hotel is located very near the central station and about 10 min from the pedestrian area. The hotel is a very good tourist hotel, good for families we where 4 staying at the top floor in a big room. Breakfast has a large selection there should be something for everyone. So a good hotel at fair price for tourist exploring Hamborg.

    We stayed at this hotel while travelling with Interrail. The hotel is close to the main station, has good beds, a decent bathroom and an ok breakfast. Very good value for the price when you just need a place to sleep for one night.
