    We booked our stay to attend the Euros. We had no expectations as we were only using the hotel for sleep, parking and breakfast. And it is what is. A 3-star, slightly run-down hotel. Do not expect it to be more. Beds were fine, bathrooms were fine, service were fine, cleaning were fine (the hallway smelled like a chemical factory). Parking was easy and cheap. Breakfast was boring though. We chose it for the price and it's relative closeness to the u-bahn network (8-10 minutes on foot). Billstedt Mall is decent as well. We're satisfied with the stay and would book again, if ever in Hamburg for some football. If I were to visit with family or my girlfriend i'd choose otherwise.

    Super value for the amount paid, its not luxury and a bit outdated but its clean and functionel. Sleept very well in the clean beds, nice breakfast (according to price) Parking 10 euro a day in hotels own cellar parking. U-bahn (metro) that brings you straight to city centre , 600 meters walk, buses just in front of hotel.Staff very helpfull. Shops nearby , visit the mall bilstedt only 300 meters from hotel, great offers and selction , Mac D just across the street. Very multicultural neighborhood, (we didnt experience anything bad)

    Stayed here for one night while playing a gig in a nearby venue. Hotel is large and clean with spacious rooms and good beds. Its a trek to the town center but I didnt require that. Still a decent hotel, cheap with a good breakfast.

    This is very much a budget hotel so I didn't expect too much, therefore I wasn't disappointed! My room was clean and functional with a TV and bed and not much more! This didn't really bother me as I was only staying for one night and wasn't going to be spending much time in my room! The reception staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The biggest problem was the lifts! There are just two fairly small lifts serving 12 floors (I was on the 9th!) and seriously you could grow old waiting for one of them to arrive! Then when one does arrive it's already packed!!! I realise that there is nothing that can be done to correct this major flaw in the original planning but should be borne in mind when booking! Breakfast was a decent continental spread and provided the necessary fuel for the day. Overall, this is a decent place to spend the night on a budget.

    I was there to train station in hamburg is to walk 15 minutes and wit train also the same. The rooms are ok and clean .The brakfast was also full and good. The service was also helpfull for all your needs.
