    Myself and my six year old daughter travelled here for mini break from Ireland.The hotel was close to the train station, easily accessible from the airport. It was clean, efficient, good value. The room was small but fine. However, the stand out star of the trip was the barman Alex who looked after us so well. He was so helpful and attentive.

    We had a great time! The room was a lot bigger then expected and I was very happy to have a bath! We stayed in extra one night with a take away as we loved the room so much! I see what people mean that it gets very hot but we had a fan and was lovely with all the windows open. Location was great for us as we were there for Happy Potter and miniature wonderland. Parking was good 👍We arrived quit late (23:00), the receptionist wasn't very welcoming but the staff member at the bar was very friendly :) Would definitely stay again!

    An old hotel, though it was clean in an area that is not the best, a busy road just outside the window, but close to the subway if you don’t have a car, so conveniently placed for exploring the city. The room was very small (standard room) though a comfortable bed. The bathroom was way too tiny to be good for two, better for a single person. The breakfast was on the whole adequate but the warm food was actually cold, very basic food but fine if you are ok with no frills.

    AtractiveHotel close to Central Hamburg Personnel is a bit impersonal but not rude Rooms and suites are smaller than in pictures but are well furnished and have atractive and fresh decorAir conditioned is an issue here as there is lack of ventilation in rooms and the option of opening windows brings road noice Nice coffee / tea facilityNice breakfast but we had the same options for 11 days Nice lobby bar Lack of amenities that does not get restocked until you ask the house keepingIn all we had a good and safe stay in this property

    I was a little apprehensive after having read some of the reviews on here, but I have mostly good things to say.The hotel may be a little dated, but the rooms are nice and clean. The shower was quite tight, so be aware if you are bigger than average, and I wish there’d been a safe.My biggest point of criticism was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which was very hot. The hotel did provide fans however and the windows can be opened.The area around the hotel is a little dull, but the nearby station will take you to any part of Hamburg within minutes so it didn’t matter too much.Booked with breakfast, which was good with plenty of options.
