  Not value for money. Small room, small and crowded breakfast area with poor choice. Even the bread was stale. Not worth the rate! We focus on quality over quantity at breakfast, using regional produce that’s carefully chosen rather than offering everything under the sun. It’s a pity this didn’t land with you on this visit.Rooms at Ruby Lotti are intentionally streamlined, though we know preferences vary.   Perfect location for access to everything, public transport,shopping restaurants, sightseeing.Staff very pleasant and helpful.My room was overlooking the river, lovely to wake to the view. Outside terrace, filled with plant pots. Very relaxing atmosphere.I enjoyed my stay.   + A hotel with a cool atmosphere and decor both in the reception and rooms. Centrally located and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the central station.Great that you get one free drink if you are ok with not have your room cleaned for 3 days.Cool Japanese toilet in the restroom.Comfortable beds and pillows.-You have to be digital enough to do the check-in yourself. Expensive breakfast, there are two bakeries/coffee houses just nearby with great breakfast for half the priceThe room was not properly cleaned, we found a coin and hair under the bed when we arrived to the room.Oddly I got an invoice by mail although I already paid for my stay? If it is a receipt, why does it say invoice?The "bathroom" is inside the room, which I saw from the pictures but there is no privacy when you go to the restroom and the curtain around the shower only covers one side.   a perfect place to stay

  we had a family weekend in this cosy, clean and very welcoming place. from the self-checkin (with a very helpful and friendly stuff always at hand for any question) until our departure (without any delay as check-out is not needed!) we had a very pleasant stay. the beds are very comfortable and the bedding is fluffy and cosy. breakfast is healthy and has everything we love (very suitable for vegans!) - herbal teas, fresh squeezed juice, a variety of tasty breads, eggs, fruits and vegetables, etc. not to forget the excellent coffee!it was not our first stay at a ruby hotel and it will definately not be our last!
