Location

    The hotel was quiet and tidy. The breakfast was super for vegans. Room was cosy and clean. Receptionists were kind and spoke really good English.

    This was a last minute reservation and opted for a room with the additional 'Living Room' experience. The hotel is located near the Hamburg Messe and a metro station is just around the corner. Room had an excellent layout with beautiful views and the bed was very comfortable. The Living Room is for many the business lounge with drinks and food on tap. Was very quiet on this floor and often I had the Living Room to myself so could do some work with a drink! I would highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next stay here.

    Room was nice, bed was very Good. Breakfast was dissatisfying with very dry bread, the croissants were ineadible and the danish was dry as a Zwieback.The bacon was shredded into small pieces, really awful. Moreover, the plates arethe size of children’s plates, so to have two rolls plus butter and sausage takes two plates. I know that you want to avoid wasting food, but the guests are actually paying for the breakfast and need not be educated the hotel staff how to behave re food.You really need to rethink and IMPROVE the breakfast which has gone from bad to worse since our last visit.

    Good location for us to do what we wished to do in Hamburg. Good communications nearby. Perfect front desk. Nice breakfast room with not so much noise, and a rich breakfast menu. WComfortable, quite rooms, not small. On the minus side - not so much storage for clothes in our rooms.We are from Sweden and a family of 8 incl. teenagers, and retired

    Had a fantastic stay at this hotel.Location is perfect, centrally located yet quiet, and at walking distance to the city center and main sites. Taxis and metro are directly in front of the hotel.Onsite gym and sauna are nice amenities; long opening times give flexibility.Room was clean and bright. It is not automatically cleaned daily, to order cleaning you have to scan a QR code. This worked fine.Breakfast is comprehensive and of good quality with lots of organic food options available. During weekdays breakfast ends at 10 AM, so in case you tend to sleep long make sure to set your alarm in order not to miss it. If you are not looking for a big breakfast - a bakery is located right outside the hotel.We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.
