Location

The hotel is situated near to the airport, in the green district of Schnelsen. It offers direct access to the A7 motorway and the bus stop Großer Ring can be found right outside the hotel. The nearest shops are just a 5-minute drive (Tibarg) and it is a 10-minute drive to Hagenbeck's Zoo. Guests can reach the centre of Hamburg by bus and underground in just 30 minutes and by car in just 20 minutes. The city's attractions are all nearby, including the Fischmarkt (12 km), the Reeperbahn (12 km), Jungfernstieg (12 km) and the Speicherstadt area (15 km).

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 122 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Stayed last minute and they were very accommodating. It was very nice and cozy. The food was delicious. The room was small but everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend and go there again.     “Ok” rooms but impolite staff!

    My experience here was a four star hotel with “ok” rooms and good parking area (not free), but impolite and poor mannered staff at the reception!A 4-star hotel which does not have even one “clothes iron” to lend to the rooms?! This was a very big thumbs down for me! I Won’t be visiting this hotel again!     Average hotel near A1 motorway

    We have stayed at this hotel twice (July 2017 and July 2019). It is an ok hotel if you travel by car. Parking is just outside the hotel door (for 5 euro pr night) and it is close to A1 motorwayThe rooms are in good shape with a frigde - but no minibar. Some snacks/drinks can be bought at the reception. The breakfast is worth the money. We had a bad experience with service when checking in. The receptionist was rude and it gave us a bad start.     Road trip - last minute find/stop by

    We been driving from Lyon towards Norway, and this hotel had a very good price, perfect location to get out of the highway and rejoin the road trip early next year. Price booking online was cheaper than what they offered us, not much but why pay more if you can get a lower rate. Check inn was fast, attentive gentlemen at the reception, the room was spacious, clean, beds and pillows really comfortable, AC and WiFi worked properly, toilet was well kept and modern. Over all a good resting night and an easy check out.     perfect for a stop over

    Stopped here for one night as passing through Hamberg. I picked it as it was on my route and dog friendly. It was a good choice. The room was nicely appointed with all you need. comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The public spaces could use an update however as the corridors are a bit tired. The staff were really friendly and helpful which came as a shock as they were super busy dealing with many check ins and multinational guests with random enquires. They gave us good directions to teh village centre a short walk away where we found a nice place to eat and a GREAT bakery! Will happily stop here again.
