    The receptinist Mr Hamid is a cheerful person. He has this energetic personality to provide us all needed information regarding Humburg. By the way, thanks for the new kettle provided in our room. The bed is comfortable and towels are aromatic and soft. Aside from coffee and tea in the breakfast, choco is also provided which is a plus. Location is superb. You can reach attractions and the train station by foot. There are small fruit store nearby. Better buy on those area rather than the supermarket. Its cheaper and plenty of choices. Negative: Elevator is small. The breakfast menu doesn’t change every day, not much variety but it fill us.

    Modest hotel very close to the train station. I found the hotel manager and staff extremely helpful and dedicated. We were looking for a hotel that was reasonably priced, clean with a lift and wifi. The hotel does have a lift but it is available between floors. It means that you still have to manage a staircase. The breakfast was very good. The wifi strong and lots of free TV channels.I thought it was a charming hotel even though the neighborhood is pretty much on the down low. We stayed for 6 days and found the value very good but the best was the staff, they all made each guest feel special

    I stayed at Hotel Terminus for one night. The location of the hotel is good, just around the corner from the Hamburg central railway station. The area was quite busy but you dont notice it when in the room. The receptionist who greeted us was very friendly he gave us good advice and information. The Room itself was basic (no tea/coffee making/fridge etc.) but was clean, comfortable and the WIFI was good. I decided to have breakfast, which consisted of, meats, eggs, breads, cereal etc. It was a small selection of ok quality. I would consider booking this hotel again if I were in the area and if it was for one night.

    Hotel in need of a facelift very close to railway station in Hamburg

    A rather run-down hotel a short walk from the central railway station in Hamburg. The Afghan receptionist was very friendly. Reception is manned 24/7. I had a pretty small room with no desk (there wasn't the space) but it was clean and there was an ensuite bathroom. The wi-fi worked fine. Breakfast was good.

    The friendliest and most helpful staff ever. The rooms are what you need, clean, with comfortable beds and good wifi. We slept very well in rooms towards the busy street. Although it was weekend, no noise reached the rooms. The friendly staff, affordable price and closeness to the main railway station are three good arguments to revisit next time in Hamburg.
