    Overall good suburban hotel but nothing too fancy. I didn't use the gym, sauna, or restaurant, so would try it out next time. As a solo traveler, this hotel was good. Nice and warm inside whilst cold outside. The single room is small but the queen bed is very good. They also have single rooms with single beds. The room is clean and the floor in the bathroom is nicely heated. There is a carpet in the room that looks used and could do without. I didn't use their WiFi. The lighting everywhere is very poor. It's a dark room. Check out is at 11.. this should be changed to 12 as with usual global norms. The hotel is slightly more expensive than what you get for but overall I would rate it as good. The hairdryer is next to the toilet and has deep yellow marks. Toilets is smallNo slippers. Bring flip flopsNo complementary water in the roomThere is a minibar you have to pay for.Big mirror but poor lighting so dont see details.Good repetion people. Tried to help when I had questions. I would stay here again.Tip for the management. Put slippers in the room and a complimentary bottle of water. Change checkout time to 12. Move the position of the hair dryer away from the toilet seat.You are charging prices like any other big hotel.

    Nice - but quite an attitude

    I booked 10 rooms for our Princess Tour while we were in Hamburg. The hotel was nice, and clean as one would expect. My room - supposedly a massive upgrade, was very loud, as it was facing the main street. However, when checking out I was sort of attacked by the front desk lady as I had left one of my room key cards in my room. She made me go back and get it - as otherwise, she would penalize me. I was shocked. I can not recall that someone dared to talk to me like this in front of my staff. She made me look as if I had attempted to steal the crown jewels.Despite I liked the hotel, it is very unlikely I would go there again, especially as it was difficult to book in the first place.

    Stayed the night while driving through Germany. Very comfortable rooms, good parking, nice, modern and very clean in general. The breakfast buffet is also good. The adjacent restaurant is fantastic with delicious food.

    I visited Germany in the middle of the heat wave and it was fantastic to find this hotel in the Rahlstedt area with a swimming pool and sauna, the area is well kept and they also have a gym. The reception staff was really nice and helpful. When I booked the Hotel through Orbitz, it advertised as an air conditioning facility beware, it is not. They have heating but no cooling. The staff nicely gave me an electric fan and I know it does not compare, but I really appreciated the gesture. The WiFi is very deficient, it rarely works in the room, but it was fine in the aisle by the room or at the reception. I go back to the wellness center, I was delighted to have a chance to cool down after long days of exploration. They also have a restaurant and serve breakfast at additional cost. You will have a mini fridge, and the hotel is conveniently located along public transportation lines.

    is a cosy hotel , very comfortable. nothing much to complain. Just far from the train station , estimated 1.5km away from the train station. There is a kiosk opposite the hotel. Breakfast is quite normal. Price reasonable
