    What a scam. 2 star. And price is way out of range for what it delivers.

    I read the rating and reviews and really! What is going on with trip advisor. We are traveling through and just wanted a nice but not city center hotel. This has 8,4 rating. And 150 euros for a small room with a double bed. Total scam. The neighborhood is rough. A 4 star rating is totally out of reach. It’s a two at best. Restaurant is closed for over a month and should be 60 euro hotel.

    Our family (two parents and two adult children) stayed in this hotel for three nights in June. We had room 123 on the ground floor. The entrance was directly from the internal yard, which might be a problem in bad weather, but was no issue for us. As this is a ground floor room, we would imagine that it has a special arrangement and thus some of our comments might not be appropriate for the rooms located on higher floors and accessed from the corridor. There were a total of three rooms, two of which were rather small in size, but all this was more than sufficient for the four of us. The rooms were clearly missing a natural light as they were located on the ground floor and light from one side of the house was limited by partial internal wall (sorry, difficult to explain as you have to see to understand) and the windows on the other side of the house were facing a high bush-fence (which was probably better than actually facing the street). The absence of light was not a problem for us as we were pretty much only sleeping in the rooms. There was also a small kitchenette. The hotel stated that the room has air conditioning, which is not entirely true. One of the rooms had a mobile a/c unit, which worked reasonably well for us. However, the other rooms had no real a/c. However, this was not a problem for us as it was not hot outside (you can open the windows in these rooms, although we have not done it as they are located on the ground floor). The bathroom was of a reasonable size with good water pressure. As the room can accommodate four persons, it would be helpful to have four hangers for the drying of towels. We have requested good cleaning (due to asthma and dust allergy) and it was done as requested.There was some misunderstanding with the parking that we reserved half a year in advance (when doing the reservation), but this was sorted out before our arrival. The parking was in the internal yard and worked well for us. The hotel had an excellent breakfast with an extremely wide choice of foods. One of the best that we ever had in the hotel. They clearly made an effort to also provide local and very varied dishes.There is a restaurant in the hotel that we did not try and a pizzeria close by. One evening we tried a street with many restaurants marked, which was some 15 minutes walk from the hotel. However, we found that some of the restaurants were closed or out of business and the open ones did not seem very varied in terms of cuisine. The hotel is located close to a major road, thus providing easy access by car.

    Decent hotel, value for money

    We stayed here for 1 night and found the hotel value for money. It is a little out of the center and hence the reasonable price. But the area around the hotel is not very inspiring. It is located at the crossing of two busy roads with views on the parking of Liddl supermarket and gas station. But rooms were clean bedlinen as well. Breakfast was also good and staff was friendly. Parking is limited.All in all, nothing special but also decent price.

    We were satisfied with accomodation in this hotel, stuff was very friendly, no problems, everything clean. There was also choice for vegans (including soya milk, soya yoghurt, home-made fruit purré) that for me very nice surprise. Dinner was fresh and tasty. I really enjoyed the place.
