    Clean and basic rooms

    I’ve stayed in this hotel for two nights and didn’t have high expectations based on the reviews but the room was booked for me, so let’s go.First of all the hotel is quite new and the rooms are small and basic but convenient. The only thing I really missed was a locker / safe (why not)? The room was clean (though there’s no cleaning during your stay). In the same building there’s a convenient store and some restaurants are close. The city centre is about a 20-minute walk.Breakfast is a basic buffet, but also there was enough to choose from. Reception is efficient and the staff is friendly.So, it’s a four star review for me. The main reason is that for business it’s a suitable hotel (and will recommend it) but for a private stay I will find it too basic.

    Unfortunately, the hotel was disappointing. The room was not clean, there was no hot water, and the front desk staff on the morning of August 12, 2025 was the unkindest I have ever experienced.     Breakfast is not included in the base price, but you can buy this for around 150 SEK/person if you want. Perfectly okay selection.Rooms feel a bit small. Especially if you're three in a room.     Reservation was made for wrong month and when realized I tried to change and no availability . Try to get refund as this was done for a July date and obviously that didn't affect hotel from losing revenue not being able to still book room But they refused refund. This was also for someone who had already paid cash for one night stay but needed an additional night.

    Short stay visiting family. Hotel in good location, next to supermarket and subway station. Although on main road it was quiet. Good size, very clean basic room. Comfy beds, excellent shower. Didn’t have breakfast but was reasonably priced.Only con was no tea/ coffee facility in the room but there was a vending machine in reception
