    The location was great and the breakfast was really good.Although the room felt somewhat outdated and the amenities were lacking considering the high room rate, the excellent location and breakfast more than made up for all of the shortcomings.

    Friendly check in. Comfortable room decorated in olde world style. We had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant. Our waitress Bettina was extremely obliging and helpful. Our room faced the street but it wasn’t noisy.

    I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. First of all it is extremely close to the central train station and very convenient to public transportations and walking to downtown locations. It is also very clean. And then you do get what you pay for...I booked a room for one person and didn't realize that I would be sleeping on a twin bed. Though on review it was obvious in the photo, so my bad. And the room was fine. Two frustrations were that each night when I was trying to wrap up business emails, the internet slowed to a crawl. I assume that other guest were streaming so much content to cause this, but seems very unavoidable for a hotel.Also breakfast was included in my rate and it was a good buffet breakfast, but the only way you could get coffee was to have a server bring it to you. I was almost finished with breakfast before I got my first sip of coffee.Bottom line: this is a hotel that has the potential of being a really nice hotel if they would make some minor changes.

    The hotel position was ideal minuets walk from the Hauptbahnhof - central train station and close proximity to shops as well as some sights / theatre Stayed three nights in total …. 25-27 booked via booking . Com and 27-28 direct with the boss of the hotel . The hotel was clean and service very good , great breakfast altho costs above average hotel . The breakfast also not inclusive in hotel prices …€25 extra daily Front desk was very helpful full, polite on all occasions

    Nice hotel in the heart of downtown Hanover, which does create some noise issues on weekends. However, super convenient as everything was withing walking distance, and the biggest surprise was the incredible restaurant with its innovative seasonal menu and excellent staff and service. Would absolutely stay here again. Parking was convenient as well.
