    Good value hotel

    Unlike some of the earlier reviews, as a member of a coach party that stayed here for 4 nights, I was perfectly satisfied with its accommodation, food and service. The hotel catered quite acceptably for all of us bar one, who embarrassed herself and our group, being witnessed berating a poor member of staff. I found the service helpful, and friendly, the room comfortable and clean and the food plentiful and well prepared. I would happily stay there again.

    Disappointing hotel not up to Accor standard

    Stayed as part of a coach trip and was disappointed. Let’s start with the positives: nice big twin room with aircon, bed was comfortable and Indian waiters friendly and helpful. First night food was bbq which was great. Negatives: beetle on bedroom floor, slippery on floor of bath and no grab rails, so dangerous for older residents to step in or out when wet. I asked for a non slip mat for bath and was told it’s not possible and I should buy my own at supermarket. Staff are not empowered to deliver good customer service or they don’t care. Dinner on other nights was poor. It was like the chef was absent and the food was re-heated pre-made ready meals from Lidl. Not what you expect in 4* hotel. Lifts were out of order - both of them on one night so we had to use the staff lift at the back of hotel. Slow to serve drinks at bar which is an issue when you’re with a coach party all eating at same time. Maybe better if not part of a coach trip…

    We're part of a coach tour. Apparently this is the first time our travel company have used this hotel and, to be honest we all expected better.If a hotel accepts coach parties surely they should have somewhere to park the coach? Err, not here! It's a budget hotel with budget rooms and very limited budget catering.There's only 1 bar and only 1 or 2 staff to serve coach loads of thirsty guests so if you are prepared to wait for an age to be served well, that's your choice.Would I recommend the hotel?....no.I can honestly say that if I come back to Hanover I definitely wouldn't book this hotel.

    A modern, clean hotel in a quiet location outside the Hannover city center

    This is a modern, clean Hotel which is not close to any restaurants, entertainment or tourist attractions. It has a single line tram connection close by, but I preferred it because they had free parking in their garage. Free parking compensated for the remote location on business trips. Now they charge 15 Euro per night for parking. In the TripAdvisor description of the hotel it states as an amenity „free parking nearby“. When I asked where the free parking was, the receptionist told me that they have four (4) free spots in front of the 100+ rooms hotel.Hannover is a nice city and the are better locations when you are willing to pay for parking.

    Checking into the hotel was a breeze, the floor numbering is a bit weird though, with rooms beginning with 2, being on the 3rd floor. It makes sense when you get in the lift, as they've numbered the buttons according to the room number. Having booked one of their newer rooms, which on their website clearly stated 1 King Bed, I was sorely disappointed, that this was simply 2 twin beds pushed together. In no world are 2 twin beds pushed together the same as a King. They're shorter for one. Also, they were not locked or zipped together, and made up as separate beds. This made for 5 nights of waking up in the middle of the night falling down the middle. awful experience. Pillows were basic too, very thin, very soft. When are hotels going to start realising that memory foam exists? Breakfast was adequate, coffee was a bit weak, but everything else was nothing to write home about. Bar area never busy when I was there, had a few beers, staff always happy to chat. Check out was seamless and quick.
