Location

This appealing hotel is situated close to the Expo, in the south of Hannover. Guests are also presented with optimal public transport connections to the airport and the city centre; connections are situated within 800 metres of the hotel.

Facility

222 rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Ordered twin bed room for self and adult son 3 months in advance. On arrival told policy had changed and only double beds available. Not advised in advance. Told just one room had a joined twin bed which I could separate and sort out myself. It was a no smoking room but stunk of tobacco. A very badly manahotel and very disappointed with the service.
