    Used this hotel during trip to Poland. Arrived at hotel but despite receptionist on duty we had to book online while sitting in the hotel lobby. There is a small car park (additional charge applies - €12) but was not full. We had a very nice breakfast after a good night's sleep. The room would have been better if it was cleaner. All the staff were very friendly. Overall it was a good stay and would certainly use it again.     Fair Show stay

    Not so far from the Hannover Messe.The rooms are cozy and essential.The housekeeping should be improved.Very good breakfast buffet, really complete.The staff is very kind, professional and smiling.The price has been too expansive, due to the Fair Show demand, I assume

    We ended up in the hotel because the hotel we booked was overbooked via Booking.com. Room was ok, but curtains so thin (no blackout liner) we woke up at 4 am. Staff are friendly, but not in the location we booked or wanted.     After a 5hour drive at nights in rain a heavy traffic, the only thing you want is a room and a bed for your own. 4 single rooms were booked and confirmed for late arrival, no rooms were available when we arrived ???     We ordered a STANDARD SINGLE ROOM COURTYARD VIEW WITH A QUEEN SIZE BED but in the room is always a very small bed. Too small to sleep comfortable.I am coming almost every month and we receive always this room.
