    Loud drilling above my room gave me a migraine

    The staff are very friendly. However I was given a room (which was nice and cosy inside) in a building site location with major repairs ongoing. The noise of drilling directly above me woke me up just after 8am with a terrible migraine and was so loud it set off my phone warning system for loud noise. The staff said they would move me but then didn’t due to lack of availability. I think it’s dishonest to rent out rooms that are not habitable just to make money from unsuspecting guests.

    My first experience booking a room at this hotel was very positive, thanks to the attentive and efficient reception staff. I called and spoke with a receptionist who was immediately helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with all my needs. I had been driving all night and was exhausted, looking for a place to rest. Unlike other hotels where I was put on hold and faced delays, the staff here secured my reservation in less than a 5 min I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness.     Excellent stay at Ibis Medical Park. Clean, friendly, comfortable, easy access to Hospital if you have someone to visit there. It's my fourth time there and i couldn't recommend it enough. breakfast is so good and truly all staff very friendly and efficient!     Overpriced for what we got

    Totally overpriced compared to other Ibis. Hanover really trades on being a fair city.It took ages for us to check in although we had booked beforehand. The reception staff were totally incompetent: there were 3 of them but only one knew what he was doing. Asked how we could get into town by public transport, we were given the false information. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 adults each: one room was ready and the other made up for just 1 person with no towels at all. That took a while to sort out, which was inconvenient as the guests wanted to shower.
