Loved that place: Friendly, quiet, clean, great breakfast... But their greatest asset are the helpful&smiling staff. Rooms are more than adequate. Located in a kind of backyard, but the neighborhood is good. The hotel is nice, the room are ok but should need n upgrade in style. The hotel is in a quiet area and this is good. The bar/pub is good and personnel is very friendly. Breakfast is fine even with not so many choices

Stayed here for the EMO Hannover trade show. Room was small but clean, staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good variety at breakfast.More than adequate for visiting for a trade show where you are not spending a lot of time in the room.Easy to get to the showground via the train/tram.

Stinking service in a literary sense!

When I reported of a broken door lock( confirmed by another hotel personnel), 'Empfangsleiterin' said so shamelessly: 'ALL the door locks are the same, no one can lock the door from inside'.When I finally got myself another room with a functioning door lock I asked her why she would make up such a lie. She couldn't say much. Not only the behavior of the receptionist in charge was unacceptable, but this hotel also has HUGE SANITARY ISSUES: unusably dirty coffee pot, stinky fridge, animal barn-like stinky room. simply sub-standard.

I spend ten days I this hotel during the IAA2016 Fair. It was good. The personal are kindness and usefull. Good for job travel. Maybe this hotel need to be refresh for the decoration and the size of the bed. Enjoy !!
