Location

This hotel is located only 200 m from the airport and enjoys excellent links to the motorway. Guests can easily reach the city centre by underground in around 15 min and the exhibition area in approximately 20 min.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 211 non-smoking rooms located in two 6-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     We can’t express how lovely this hotel was , lovey rooms etc.However our experience here was more about people! Dirk the general manager was outstanding. We had a car problem on our first day on arrival , he contacted some one to help us which they did . Everyone involved couldn’t do enough to help us which goes show there really are some kind people out in the world .Dirk you are amazing thank you isn’t enough .With kindest and warm regardsMarcus and April ..also your therapy dog Teddy !

    Pleasant and convenient airport hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. Aviation-themed photos on display throughout the hotel are entertaining. Free, friendly and efficient shuttle service (depending on which airline one flies in/out, walking to/from the terminal can be up to 20min).     The hotel os well located, very close to the airport and It is a nice hotel and confortable and it has a very good breakfast. Alô some and I really mean only some of the staff is nice, there are some people working there than are rude and don't really care about the guests.     I stayed for one night in the Leonardo hotel @ Hannover airport due to flight cancellation. The airline provided me the hotel and also provided me a food voucher.Since I didn't have a choice of hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect.The location is excellent.I really liked the lobby and dining area.Staff were OK, but not very engaging.My room (unlike other reviewers on TA) was a good size and everything worked.The decoration was a bit dark.AirCon worked ok and the bed was comfortable, except those pillows where your head sinks right down to the bottom. The room was also quiet.I had dinner in the dining room and the value was OK (and also considering I was using a voucher), however the chicken was overcooked and dry.Breakfast next day was very good, with lots of healthy choices.To improve:The carpet in the dining room was almost black in some places, it looked so dirty.     Parking problems

    When we booked the room on the hotel's own website, you could reserve parking, so there was a space when you arrived. We bought that as we knew we would arrive late. When we arrived, the parking was full and people were parking all over the place. I go in to check in and am told that I had not booked parking, but I could show that on my email. After some time the employee said we could drive around behind the building and park in front of one of their cars and then it wouldn't be a problem. We couldn't find the spot he was talking about and my husband went back in. There he was told that you couldn't reserve a place, but if we could find a place, we just stayed there. Otherwise, there was the airport parking just opposite, which cost approx. 20 euros (theirs cost 18 euros). It was fine, we drove over there. When we checked out the next morning and picked up the car, it cost 32 euros instead.
