    Nice rooms but 1950 digitalization

    This hotel is convenient situated and very nice rooms It is easy to walk around. But if you have a electric car be prepared for a fallback to 1950 :-) 1) There are only two charging points on “ first come first serve order”2) you have to make a CASH deposit ( 50 €) for the charging keycard ( meaning if you don’t have cash with you, like most people outside Germany, you can’t get the key card)3) the amount of charged KW has to be read out manually be the staff, in another room, not at the reception. This takes time.4) They want to subtract the charged amount from the deposit. Meaning you will receive both cash and coins after the charging 5) THIS TAKES TIME

    Spacious rooms. Cool decoration. Very clean all over and very friendly staff. Parking close by a fine gym and a disco ball in the bathroom. Nice big windows and nice view. The breakfast was one of the best hotel’s breakfast we have had for a long time.

    The hotel is designed to be cool. But there are details that need attention. The floors of the room were very dusty and dirty. The linens and bathroom were clean and new. The bed was comfortable. The shag carpet in the hall gave me the creeps - if the floor of the room was dirty - what is lurking in the hall carpet? And it was not easy to roll my suitcase through the carpet. There is a weird lightshow in the bathroom and a strange one-way mirror from the room into the shower - why? There is only one somewhat comfortable chair in the room which left the other person sitting on the bed or the chair for the desk. There is no refrigerator in the room. The parking is expensive although we were able to find free street parking on the second night. The windows on the exterior of the building were very dirty - so the view was obscured. There weren't many people staying at the hotel so it was quiet but if it was full I believe that there would have been noise from room to room. Would find somewhere else the next time we are in Hannover.

    Good location,6 stations to Kröpcke.The room’s spacious and comfortable.There was no AC in, but windows opening.Breakfast was rich.The hotel has own restaurant.The food is delicious&ambiance is good.Employees are collaborative 👍🏻.

    This was the best motel in Hannover right 3-4 min walk to down town and shopping plaza and train station and everything else. Staff was extremely nice and friendly quiet place with full restaurant and nice bar inside.
