English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     We stayed here for a couple of days and wish it could have been more. The staff were incredible and the rooms very spacious and beautiful. We had the buffet breakfast and it was very good. The location is great, you can get the tram right outside the hotel and you are not in a noisy part of the city.     A quick one night stay at this hotel for a business trip. We were in the ground floor. Room was large with an interesting semi circle shower cubicle, which I found really tight and with terrible water pressure. The room overlooked the courtyard so when I opened the blinds, I was a little surprised to see someone having a cigarette right outside my window!We arrived late because of a cancelled flight so had to pay a cancellation fee. Given the time of our arrival and departure, we didn’t have the opportunity to have the breakfast. Dinner was a quick bite in the pub across the road. All in all, an acceptable place for a quick one night stay.     A Very Nice Stay!

    We stayed two nights here as part of a larger trip in Germany. This hotel is built on the former site of a historic pen factory. It is within walking distance to the huge city park, so within 10 minutes you can be walking through a huge park and forget you are in a major city. Not walkable to downtown Hanover, but it is a quick drive or Uber ride away. Check-in staff were very nice and recognized my Bonvoy elite status with a nice snack thoughtfully placed in our room. You have full access to an excellent breakfast buffet as part of the Executive Lounge. The staff in the Executive Lounge also provides a served dinner, giving you a couple of options based on a weekly menu. The dinner was delicious. There is also a very authentic Italian pizza restaurant adjacent to the property. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Hanover again.     We were meant to stay 2 nights but due to flight cancellations ended up staying 4, staff were brilliant - accommodating, friendly and helpful. Rooms are quirky in line with origins of the building with comfortable beds and pillows and equipped with everything you need. The nearest tram stop is a 2 minute walk with frequent trams into the town - only 5 stops to the main station. I would highly recommend this hotel not least for the warmth and welcome of the staff.

    We had two nights here and the Sheraton is different in a good way. Pros. Staff attentive, friendly and professional Upgrade recognition for Bonvoy platinum and above also excellent.Rooms and bedding are comfortable.Suites have complimentary mini bar which was a nice add on.The club lounge evening drinks and meal starts at 6.00 pm and no buffet but a choice of one red or two whites, a couple of beers and two mains from the kitchen. Both choices were superb.Breakfast service from staff. and food choices are superb, one of the best in Germany.Public transport 2 minutes walk from reception.Cons. Location is a little isolated.Fitness centre on weekends doesn’t open until 9.00am.A few more canapés at the club lounge would be nice.All in all, the Sheraton has a lot of class and is value for money .We would certainly recommend this hotel.
