  Do not use for business! I booked there 10 days ago and they still haven’t emailed me a copy of invoice to clam on expenses! Too much hassle for business use!   We stayed here as part of a coach tour of the Harz mountains and surrounding areas. Lea, a breakfast waitress, worked extremely quickly, efficiently and was friendly. The ?manager? Katrina, appeared to be lazy, unhelpful and rude on each of the occasions we had dealings with her. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was not extensive, but was adequate and flavoursome.   I stayed at this hotel recently as part of a coach trip with Leger, whilst it wasn't the best hotel I have stayed in worse.Starting with the staff, the vast majority were polite but not overly friendly or welcoming. The exception was the lady on duty in the breakfast area who was incredibly stoic - whilst I had no interactions with her, others on the trip did and the feedback I heard was not complimentary.Staff aside, this is an interesting hotel to describe, it's not the most pleasant to look at from the outside, but money has clearly been spent in the lobby and other public areas as these were quite modern. The room I was in though was very dated - there were very minimal charging options so I ended up unplugging a bedside lamp to be able to charge my phone overnight. The TV had some English language channels (news only) but also had some marks running down it (look to be damaged LEDs?). Despite the datedness of the decor, the hotel was SPOTLESS - the floors hadn't a spec of dust on them, and even the showerhead was super clean (something that wasn't the case in other hotels on this trip). The shower itself heated very fast and had excellent pressure, my only complaint would be that it utilised a shower curtain which I personally do not like. The hotel provides body wash and shampoo but I will say they were more masculine scented so something to bear in mind.The bed was very comfortable, on the firmer side, and the room (623) was very quiet, it faced into the 'courtyard' so there was no road noise but I could hear some aircon esque noise which I think was from the building roof opposite. It wasn't enough to disturb my sleep but I was certainly aware of it. I could hear noise from other rooms, but it wasn't too bad and stopped before 10PM.As this is an older hotel there wasn't any aircon, but hidden behind a curtain in the room there was a radiator which I didn't need to utilise as the room was warm enough without it. The room only had a juliet balconey which was nice but also a shame as I didn't want to have the doors open overnight.The breakfast offering (as the only meal I had here) was perfectly fine, there seemed to be plenty of what there was but the offering was minimal. It was a nice continental affair but the choices were limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at.Overall I probably wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel if booking my own trip, but if I travel with Leger again and it is one of the options I know I will get a decent sleep here.   Aussie's stayed at Wyndham Atrim Hanover

  I booked this hotel for my group of 24 from Australia, location is a bit away from centre of Hannover but near Eilenride park, 45 minutes walk to Ostsdadt District shopping, bars and quicky area of Hannover. My group found the Hotel very dated, service average. But overall room size and beds were ok.   Seriously in need of an overhaul, from the substantial holes and stained carpets to the customer service, I fear the latter is good people trying desperately to keep their jobs whilst supporting a failing company. I arrived as part of a large party, they were completely unprepared, rooms smelled musty as if not used for some time. The restaurant, despite a phoned confirmation earlier in the day was completely unprepared for our party and was unable to cater for 2/3rds of our group. It actually only opened for 1 hour for ourselves and other guests. Various reasons were given for this from the party not being confirmed to personal issues of the staff. Mixed excuses usually stack up to lies in my experience. This hotel should be a gem in the crown of a beautiful city, instead it is dated and run down, with customer service to match.
