Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Hanover, only around 100 m from the main railway station, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs and links to the public transport network. It is a 10-minute drive from the Maschsee and the exhibition grounds are 20 minutes away by car.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 7 junior suites, 64 single rooms and 69 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. 2 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available. 7 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board.     Noisy, poor beds, strange smells

    Stayed here during a fair. Forced to pay nearly 300€ per night, and this was a total disappointment. Single small bed with very poor matress and pillow. Room is old and not up to modern standards. A lot of street noise, but also from the corridors. No restaurant. Breakfast is ok, but forget the croissants and the watery orange juice. Due to the high demand, accommodation prices in the city and the surrounding area are more expensive during the fair than in any other week. In a location as prominent as ours, right by the main train station, we can only prevent noise from outside to a limited extent and are already doing everything we can here. In this location you will also find numerous restaurants, cafés and other shops. Our team will be happy to advise you.     If you are looking for a short stay, this could do the trick. Rooms reminded me of a dorm, very basic. The location is great if you need to catch an early train. Within walking distance to a lot of dining and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.     Clean hotel situated close to rail and bus connections and the Cultural Centre. The hotel has a bar next to reception and lobby. The only downside is that the restaurant does not function for dinner or lunch, save for conferences. Good value for money.     the hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the main train station and around 15 minute walk from the historical centre. The rooms are well equipped with all the expected amenities and the free wifi works well. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options.     Conveniently situated near the main railway station, this hotel offers good value for money. Room clean and adequately equipped. Pity about the mould in the shower.
