I was booked in this hotel but reception has given me another hotel room Hotel Denner without even asking me about my concern. I was very much disappointed. Finally what we see in the picture while booking you don't get the same room and facility.

The Room is shaking
11 Jun 2023
The Room is shaking because of the Infernal traffic noise. Terrible noiselevel - I am shifting hotels now , eventhough I can not get my money back and have to pay for a new room for the two nights. Do not stay at this hotel! This is not an option - pick another hotel.

Loved this hotel in Heidelberg. Convenient price. The bed and the bathroom were big. Excellent location and friendly staff. Check in/out process was very smooth. Parking available in the facilities. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Heidelberg for a night

Charming hotel but some things you want to know before you come
14 Sept 2022
This hotel is in an historic building. The ceilings are high and our room was a deluxe double and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of foods--from fresh baked bread, to make your own waffles, to cheeses, eggs and other foods. The staff at the buffet was very helpful and lovely. The hotel is well located just a few blocks from the Alstadt (old city) and it was easy to walk everywhere from there. It's also right next to the bus/tram station. However, a few things you need to know before you book this hotel. 1) The reception desk is only staffed until early evening. 2) Housekeeping is sporadic. We were there for 6 nights and the room was only cleaned once. 3) There is no air conditioning. We had a fan in the room and opened the windows and it was bearable at night, but not super cool. On a very hot day or night this could really be an issue.4) With the windows open, it is really noisy, particularly because the bus and tram station is right across the street. 5) There is no shampoo or conditioner provided--only hand soap at the sink and body soap in the shower. However, there's a drug store across the street where you can get what you need. 6) There are small sets of stairs that you may have to go up and down on the floor where the rooms are. If you have mobility issues, try to ask about this when you book so that you get a room where this won't be an issue. We had a very nice stay, but those are things I would have liked to know before I booked, so I thought I'd include them in a review.

One of the best hotel in Munich
07 May 2022
The bayrischer Hof is very nice. Especially the blue spa rooftop bar overlooking the whole of munich including the famous church towers. i can also recommend the restaurant tradervix in the basement. it has an hawaiin theme going
