  Extraordinary value for money. Really nice room with small kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator. Very good breakfast. Can't recommend it enough.   No air conditioning for four nights

  Before I begin giving the reason for the two out of ten score, let me give a few good points first. The staff, were excellent and apologetic about the fact there was no air conditioning throughout our entire stay. They gave us a free breakfast, free water and an electric fan. I realise that it was the hottest few days of the year when wecstay. However, I found out that the air conditioning, for whatever reason, had not been working for several days before we arrived. There were no repair vehicles in the car park at the rear of the building either, which leads me to believe that either it was switched off to save money, or they aren't repairing it at all.I received the usual garbled apologies from their head office, but after four sleepless nights in a hot room there no way I will ever stay here again. Sorry Stay-City, it's just not good enough!!!   Disappointing stay

  I had high hopes for this Staycity based on my husband’s positive experiences with the brand in the UK, but unfortunately, this location fell short.We booked a one-bedroom apartment for three nights as part of a train trip across Europe, planning to rest, do some laundry, and enjoy the convenience of a self-catering space.Our apartment was located right next to the laundry room, and on arrival, we were greeted by a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Upon checking the balcony, we found cigarette butts and a plastic bottle being used as an ashtray.The apartment itself was fine overall — the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was comfortable — but it was dusty in places (I even had to wipe down the coat hangers before using them), and the safe had been locked open.We were also disappointed to discover that the laundry facilities were operated by a third party, requiring payment through an app to use the machines. This wasn’t mentioned on the Staycity website. The washing machines themselves were not particularly clean — I had to wipe the door seals before feeling comfortable using them.While this property served as a reasonable base for our travels, the overall experience didn’t meet our expectations, and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.   It was lovely and the staff were excellent. Clean friendly and good atmosphere. We got in early and they were kind to get a room ready for us 4 hours before check in.   Great installations , service and housekeeping need a lot of work.

  We didn’t had the best experience. Hotel is nice , installations are great , but service needs a lot of work. Our garbage was never collected in spite of placing the sign everyday . On the 4th day housekeeping removed the sign without collecting anything .We tried communicating with reception , no result . We were never really heard.
