A good hotel with an excellent location for travelers.

Very good hotel, extremely convenient for travelers as it is located a 1-minute drive from Highway 9. Courteous and efficient staff, reasonably priced parking, and a nice restaurant.The location adjacent to the highway is indeed a big plus for travelers. However, those who wish to visit the city center of Ingolstadt (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) will need to drive for about 10 minutes.Overall, a good hotel with an excellent location for travelers. We have the following comments about this hotel:-) There were no clean towels in the shower in one room.-) The shower was dirty and not properly cleaned in one room.-) There was hairs on the floor in one room.-) There were many insects in one room.-) Poor service in the restaurant, far too few staff members.-) There was confusion about a restaurant reservation; late in the evening, a staff member came to ask if we still wanted to eat even though we had already eaten.-) The charging stations in front of the hotel were very poor, constantly switching on and off.
