Well below standards expected, water pressure in the shower terrible and unusable. Rooms tired and in dire need of some money spending. WiFi so poor I couldn’t even get past the captive portal. Food was ok, bar was nice. Clean, convenient, friendly

Chosen on location and value. Easy to find, very convenient location, spacious car park. Very pleasant reception welcome, spoke fluent English which was not necessarily expected but certainly very helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, although it was very hot which made sleep a bit tricky (secretly wished for A/C). Had dinner in the restaurant, this was spectacular and delicious, albeit a tad expensive. Breakfast was lovely and perfectly sufficient. Overall, our little family thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stop at this hotel, thank you, the Haribos were delicious Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Wyndham Garden Kassel, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you for reviewing your recent experience. We are delighted that you found our hotel's location convenient and our car park spacious. It is always encouraging to hear such positive feedback about our reception staff, who take pride in offering a warm welcome to all our guests. However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. While we do not have air conditioning, we strive to ensure the comfort of our guests and acknowledge that the temperature can impact the quality of sleep. The price of our restaurant offerings reflects the quality and care we put into the culinary experience, yet we understand that value is subjective and we regret if it seemed excessive. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of your room, as well as the dining experience in our restaurant. The positive remarks about the breakfast and the little touch of Haribos are greatly appreciated. We are also glad that the ability to converse with our staff in English added to the convenience of your stay. Finally, we are proud that our hotel could serve as a pleasant stop for your family during your travels. We hope to welcome you back. All the best.Ihr Team vom Wyndham Garden Kassel

Great for short-time stays

We've booked an overnight stay (family of 5), for a trip further south. Hotel is located just off the A7. Decent quality hotel with service-minded, smiling and friendly staff. Restaurant was run-down, but the food was better than expected. Bar was great as well. Rooms were absolutely in good shape, but with 30 degrees outside we could've wished for an A/C. Supermarket, gas station and a few shops just 100 meters from the hotel. I wouldn't stay here for a whole vacation, but for an overnight stay or a business-trip, the Hotel is of great value. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Wyndham Garden Kassel, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you for reviewing your recent experience. We are delighted that you found our hotel conveniently located just off the A7, and that our rooms met your expectations in terms of quality.
