  These are my impressions after a one night stay.The hotel is situated outside Lahnstein and is not necessarily easily reached on foot. Reception was efficient and helpful and we proceeded to our 5th floor room. This was of ample size for our needs, clean, comfortable and having all that we needed for an overnight stay. Not a problem for us but probably for anyone having an extended stay was the poor hanging space. Instead of a wardrobe there is a 1 metre hanging rail.The bathroom was in good order and met our needs although the lighting could have been brighter.Our room balcony gave lovely views towards Lahnstein and the Rhine and we were treated to a superb sunset.Dinner was plain but adequate and enjoyable while breakfast was also all that we needed. All in all, we had everything we expected for our short stay and would stay again.   Ugly building with great views - very random

  This hotel is on a very nice location with dramatic views. However the building and surroundings of the building (broken down stuff) is super ugly and it is good to be in it and not have a view on it. The rooms are okay, but little noise protection. The breakfast is like a typical buffet of low quality but more than enough. It is still pretty biusy. The beds are good and clean. The bathroom also, but they forgot a plug for the bath tub. The number of lifts are doubtable.   EXCELLENT ROOM AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

  I am a Wyndham Rewards Diamond members and our son stayed for 2 nights using rewards points. They honored the Diamond upgrade and put him in a wonderful spacious room with a balcony overlooking the city. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful and the room was impeccably clean. Overall I was extremely pleased with the hotel and all of its amenities. It was situated close to places like Deutsch Eck and the sky tram. Koblenz is a town that is very easy to get around in.   There is nothing good to say about this hotel - it’s very dated and dirty.The buffet was poor quality and the staff uninterested.Such a shame .. never stayed in a hotel where the staff are not bothered and standard is so poor

  This is not a family style hotel but part of a big chain, with a surprisingly 15 levels. Rooms are rather small The hotel is slightly outdated with no luxury. Everything looks old... Breakfast buffet is good and included most often although they said it wasn't. I advise to have dinner outdoors since the price/quality is not good at all, both on the negative end.
