    The entire hotel looked like a haunted house. Only 2 or 3 guests we saw at the breakfast and reception area. Interiors theme is very poor. Don't go with younger children- they will get scared of the skull artwork and as well the dark statues inside the room. Not suitable for families with young children.Breakfast- very poor. We have to ask them to refill even the white breads or the cereals. Looks like they prepared the breakfast only for 5/6 persons due to poor occupancy.Parking - We were lucky to get a parking , because only few rooms were occupied. but I agree with other reviewers - they have limited parking space - 5 to 6 only. Finding a parking space in the street will be nightmare.WiFi - (agree with other reviewers) - Very SlowHeater in d bedroom - wasn't functioning well. room is only cleaned and cleaned every 2 days.Spa - sauna costs 15€ extra per guest and must be registered. RidiculousLighting in bathroom - Very PoorAC - loud.Phone - No phone inside the room ???The key card didnt work twice during 2 days stay.I don't understand how they got 4 star rating ???

    The rooms were large which was nice. The wi if was terrible and unusable when peak use is going on. If you flush toilet or turn on faucet shower temperature goes up. The breakfast was ok. The restaurants nearby are worn but the food was ok. Location is off the beaten path. I would find an alternative unless you can get really cheap

    The room was clean and fair sized. The temperature was way way hot. When I asked about temperature regulation, they were rude. No fan!!! Breakfast was marginal and never was able to keep cream for milk. Overall would not come back

    We stayed here during the first weekend of Oktoberfest. Room was clean. Hotel is located in a quiet part of town. Each room has their own balcony, so hopefully you get lucky with quiet neighbors. The room also comes with a small kitchenette (mini fridge, stove, silverware). Hotel is walking distance from the metro. If you have a car, street parking is available and there is an underground parking lot. There aren't that many restaurants and bars nearby so you will have to drive or take the metro to tourist spots.

    we stayed here for 2 nights towards the end of a 15 day tour around Germany and enjoyed the stay. The location is a little way out of the city but there is a bus stop within 50 mtrs and 4 buses an hour until 7PM and then 2 per hour. The accommodation is very good and the staff excellent with an added bonus of secure parking.
