Basic accommodations but great value

This hotel has basic accommodations bit adequate for an overnight airport layover. The room was spartan but the bathroom was clean and new. I had a decent night's sleep. The breakfast is quite awesome with a varied selection of items. The staff at the reception could have been more pleasant and courteous, but I'll just assume they had a bad day. Very inexpensive stay here.

Stayed here one night 10 august 2023. The reception personnel were the worst most unfriendly I’ve ever met. We felt extremely unwelcome, and it felt we were coming and bothering them. Do not stay here!!

We just stayed here for a night (18/8) and have to say the staff in charge were, to put it mildly, rude, and to put it more accurately, almost hostile. Slow inattentive service, adding obstacles to every part of the process (checkin, ordering drinks etc) for which there was no reason (we even speak German so they didn't have to engage in English - which they seemed pretty incapable of anyway).When the AC in our room didn't work on a 30 degree day, we were even lesser impressed, but due to their poor service and behaviour, we couldn't be bothered to address it.Think before you book - or ensure the staff lives up to simple customer service norms.

Great value for money. Needed a hotel for a quick stopover along the autobahn and ended up choosing Campanile airport hotel. Really happy with our choice; clean rooms with bunk beds for the kids and a great breakfast for a great price. Convenient parking as well to a subsidized price for hotel guests.Location is a bit off, but if you’re looking for an airport hotel or a hotel along the autobahn look no further.Note that they don’t have a restaurant so make sure you bring food with you, or eat in advance - options at the airport is limited and very expensive.

Hotel rooms are very comfy and adequatly spacious. Excellent location within walking distance of the airport.However pillows were a bit too flat. Additionally, not too many restaurants were opened in the airport when we stayed, maybe campanile should propose a meal service or a restaurant.
