    Almost everything about the hotel was excellent. The price certainly was. The one thing that could have been better was the breakfast. It was satisfactory but nothing more than satisfactory; not worth the cost.

    Fabulous staff, huge room, nicely decorated clean and warm. Hotel right in the old town, 150 metres from nearest train station entrance. Free coffee, tea and snack bar made it specially comfortable and convenient. Strange omission- no hanging rail for clothes! Loved staying here!     Fantastic location, Helpful staff, Wonderful hotel

    A 7 min walk from the main railway station and 1 min walk to the main square. We had 2 rooms for a 3-night stay to go to a Euro 2024 game. Rooms were nice and clean, the shower was amazing, and the staff were very helpful. One room was at the front of the hotel, but Hainstrasse was a traffic free zone at the time of our visit.     Nice hotel in a convenient area of Leipzig. There are some strange design choices, but the room was big and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I didn't try the breakfast.     Could be very good but issues mean it falls short.

    Well situated and comfortable but some issues. Firstly the WiFi is problematic. On returning to the hotel there was no signal to any of the rooms after 2200. There were no reception staff to speak to. They said that it wasn't staffed after 2230, but they clearly locked up long before that. Their excuse next morning was that it was "external maintenance and a frequent issue" Hardly reassuring or credible. The room had no privacy curtain. Breakfast orange juice was clearly reconstituted and undrinkable - unacceptable at this price point and the scrambled egg was hard and inedible. There was little choice and the coffee point inadequate for numbers of customers.
