Go out for breakfast

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent. The price certainly was. The one thing that could have been better was the breakfast. It was satisfactory but nothing more than satisfactory; not worth the cost.

An elegant jewel in the heart of Leipzig

Fabulous staff, huge room, nicely decorated clean and warm. Hotel right in the old town, 150 metres from nearest train station entrance. Free coffee, tea and snack bar made it specially comfortable and convenient. Strange omission- no hanging rail for clothes! Loved staying here! Michele Ster-Popa, General Manager at Elaya Hotel Leipzig City Center, responded to this review Dear Proozles, what a fantastic review! Thank you so much for your kind words and we are really happy that you enjoyed your stay with us! We hope to welcome you back soon again! All the very best from the team of the elaya hotel leipzig city center.

Fantastic location, Helpful staff, Wonderful hotel
28 Jul 2024
A 7 min walk from the main railway station and 1 min walk to the main square. We had 2 rooms for a 3-night stay to go to a Euro 2024 game. Rooms were nice and clean, the shower was amazing, and the staff were very helpful. One room was at the front of the hotel, but Hainstrasse was a traffic free zone at the time of our visit. Would stay here again on any future trips to Leipzig. Michele Ster-Popa, General Manager at Elaya Hotel Leipzig City Center, responded to this review Dear Kevin, wow! What a great review for our elaya hotel leipzig city center! Thank you for that! We would be delighted to welcome you back soon. 😊 Have a great week and kind regards, Michele from the elaya hotel leipzig city center.

Nice odd hotel
30 Apr 2024
Nice hotel in a convenient area of Leipzig. There are some strange design choices, but the room was big and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I didn't try the breakfast. Also goes by the name Arthotel ANA Symphonie. Michele Ster-Popa, General Manager at Elaya Hotel Leipzig City Center, responded to this review Dear Jacob _5000, thank you so much for your review. We are delighted to hear that you found the location of the hotel so convenient and the rooms big and comfortable. The name of the hotel was changed last year into elaya hotel leipzig city center...there are onyl some old signs left :) We hope to accommodate you soon again! All the best! Best regards, Michele from the elaya hotel leipzig city center.

Could be very good but issues mean it falls short.
15 May 2023
Well situated and comfortable but some issues. Firstly the WiFi is problematic. On returning to the hotel there was no signal to any of the rooms after 2200. There were no reception staff to speak to. They said that it wasn't staffed after 2230, but they clearly locked up long before that. Their excuse next morning was that it was "external maintenance and a frequent issue" Hardly reassuring or credible. The room had no privacy curtain. Breakfast orange juice was clearly reconstituted and undrinkable - unacceptable at this price point and the scrambled egg was hard and inedible. There was little choice and the coffee point inadequate for numbers of customers. Michele Franke, Owner at Elaya Hotel Leipzig City Center, responded to this review Dear Gaitero61, thank you very much for your review which is much appreciated and will help us to constantly improve the services we offer. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused during your recent stay with us and are happy to share that we currently working on a new breakfast concept to offer higher quality dishes as well as more regional produce. We hope we can welcome you back at some point in the near future again. Alle the best and kind regards, Michele Ster-Popa, Operations Managerin, Arthotel ANA Symphonie.
