    Especially the breakfast was really perfect, the room was quiet and very clean. The only thing is there was no slippers but I request from the reception and immediately they send me one.     Constant pipe noises in the room and towel with stains…horrible

    I always stay at Nh hotel when I travel and I always had great experiences. But this time my experience was quite disappointing… Firstly, there were constant noises from the pipes in my room every couple hours, which repeatedly disturbed my sleep throughout the nights. This made it difficult to rest properly and I was awakened by the noises every 2-3 hours during my sleep. Secondly, upon checking out, I noticed that one of the bath towels provided had visible stains on it (see attached picture) Since I only used the towel after showering and always hung it back on the hook, I was quite surprised and uncomfortable to find it not properly cleaned.What makes it disappointing for me is that, I complained to NH hotel via customer service contact form about my experience and no one responded to me, and I wrote to customer care via email afterwards, and no one responded to me either. I was wondering if NH hotel considered these normal situations so that was way they did not even responded to me…I had to leave this review at tripadvisor I guess to see if someone from NH says something…a disappointing experience… Thomas Stieber, Owner at NH Leipzig Zentrum, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for sharing your feedback.     Perfect, but not breakfast

    Very very poor breakfast selection. There is no hot or at least warm food at all. Only cereals and groats...fruits have lost their appearance, coffee is water diluted with who knows what...bread is dry...And the dishes, apparently washed in an overloaded and unclean dishwasher, are impossible to eat from because the smell is terrible.
