  Great service, excellent value for money, easily reached by tram from the city centre

  The TRYP by Wyndham Halle is great value for money. It's not in the city centre, but it's easily accessible via tram.The rooms are uncomplicated and functional. There is a nice restaurant which serves large portions for dinner, and breakfast is excellent.We were on holiday in Halle with a friend who was unfortunately sick halfway through our stay. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing us with a new room free of charge as the old one was being cleaned. My only minor complaint was that the gym machines didn't seem to be working, but we didn't have time for a workout anyway.   Unfortunately we need rest and find this Hotel on booking.com in photos looks good as we booked for 4 of us two rooms next to each other.. location is not bad. Reception not that interested to help customer. Rooms are really dirty and all around bed and table full of dust and bed smells bad carpet on floor really dull of dust and mess and stain.. shower not that clean. unfortunately we paid online and it's to late kids tired we just slept for night cover pillows with some clothes. They changed €14 for parking 🅿️ as really not acceptable when you paid over£250 for one night also no any kettles or cups or any thing to buy from them .. never not seen this much bad service and dirty Hotels .. it's first and last time to use this kind of Hotel..   Lady at the reception was very rude. I stayed 5 days and got cold because it was very cold in the room. The heater on max was not enough to warm the room so I spend all the time under the blanket which was not still enough but there was no other one. Another guy at the reception was very kind and helpful and the cleaning people were doing their job well except they were very loud in front of the door making noises so you could not relax because they were practically yelling. Breakfast was very boring and completely the same every day. Thomas Campe, General Manager at TRYP by Wyndham Halle, responded to this review Thank you for your hotel review. We regret that you found the receptionist to be unfriendly and that the heating in your room also seemed to cause problems. We would have gladly given you another room, but we missed your important information. Everyone will find something on our breakfast buffet. Even if you found the breakfast boring because it is the same every day, we would like to point out that our hotel is a city hotel and not a holiday hotel with changing breakfast offers.   Hotel for visiting Halle centre

  Hotel is ok, tram opposite the hotel, a free tram cardStaff very kind, helpfull!!The room has very dirty floor covering and needs painting.Halle is very nice town, the birthplace of Händel.We visited the birhthouse of Händel, which houses a nice small museum.Beside that many historic buildings and churches Thomas C, General Manager at TRYP by Wyndham Halle, responded to this review Thank you for your Feedback.

  Unexpected surprise

  A colleague picked this place and when we wend into the night the arealooked weird .. walking dead style due to a lot of blocks that are not used or sold .But the stay ended up very good . They give you a travel card for the public transport and the tram that takes you to the city center is a less than 100 m away. in 50 m you have a turkish place for bewerages and a nice greek one for food. There was also an asian restaurant on the corner.in 500 m maximum there is a mall with north sea and rossman and all that .I stayed on the 3rd floor and we had a room for fitness studio, very basic but I did my 1 hour walk.. I recommend you to not take a room in the near of the gym due to the noise . 320 was great .The room itself is small, but perfect in its compact way. It has all you need, except a fridge and a boiler for tea.Breakfast was good and provides a wide variety, I liked the pancakes.Will stay again there for certain.
