  I am a British Citizen and my wife is Ukrainian. We arrived with our 12 year old daughter around 5pm on 7th July at Achat Hotel and my wife went in to ask about availability and price for a family room for the night as we were on our way back to war stricken Ukraine. She was told the price was €110. She asked why?? The advertised price was €69 for the night and the bearded man at reception said this is the price take it or leave it. When my wife explained that at the moment the world is doing their best to help and assist Ukrainians she was once again told that if she does not like the price to go elsewhere. She told him how about if I book it on the site for the advertised price he said if you do that I will cancel the booking!! She left and got back in the car and told me what happened. I then walked back in and asked him why was he so rude to my wife. He said she told him to f**k off. I told him this is not true, but he said if he says so then that's what happened. I know my wife so well and she has never in 24 years swore to anyone or about anything. I believe this should never happen in a civilised country like Germany and if the person in question has problems with foreigners then he really should look in the mirror.We do not need a reply nor expect an apology. If the owners are happy with him then good luck to all.

  Rooms where not serviced once in the 4 days we stayed,The day we left they invoiced for 10days loss as they said the room needed to be deep cleaned then the cleaning bill was issued 3days later for 129euro🤔 these guys are untrustworthy

  It was a fine place to lay your head at night. The rooms are small and not air conditioned. Watch out, the tub/showers are super slippery! The breakfast is very tasty! It seems to be a little out of the way.

  I stayed one night with my 87-yeaar old mother in order to visit my grand child. From the reception to the lift there are 4 steps so no wheelchair access. Double rooms are only available with bath tub, which means that my mother could not take a shower. No air con, window opened only completely, so we had a problem with 32 degree C temperature. Breakfast extremely expensive with 14 Euro additionally per Person.

  Clean hotel in a very handy location. The hotel decor is old and could do with a refurb, it lacked AC. It is in a good location for exploring the area and the city. The breakfast is not good value at 14 euro in my opinion, the selection was limited, the breakfast room floor sticky and was not a pleasant experience.
