The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available.     Great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Helpful and puts themselves out there to help at any moment. I'd like to express my further gratitude towards the staff members from Reception: Svetlana and Ovlad. I thought i lost something and they within seconds sent people to help me find it.     My oh booked this hotel due to close proximately to the station. Super convenient. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are quirky (see photos). I prefer a plain well designed room not an ironing board shelf. My worry is that o would forget stuff dotted around the room when I leave. How does the cleaner ever clean this room?!?!The bed was great - very comfy as were the linens. Shower good too. Loved the liquid soap and lotion - excellent! The location is great for the metro and if you go down into the u bahn you find excellent pretzels and other useful shops.     Loved this location , right at the main train station, although very quiet. It’s a short walk to the marianplatz . Room size was great, very very clean!
