  One of the worst branches of A&o and very bad staffs . I had booked for 7 nights the room was dirty and i directly checked out the next morning now im asking for refund no one is responding very bad customer service

  On arrival, self service check in which was long and requires Internet so I had to get someone to supply that anyway. No one informed me of check out/breakfast/laundry details. Felt unsafe in very open rooms, no privacy or place to keep valuables. Nowhere to charge phone or light above bed No option for female only rooms, ended up in a room with 3 other men. Had to leave my room at 2:30am to request changing to an all female room which they should have had the foresight to put me in the first place. Breakfast for extortionate price for what you get. Also realised I'd left my expensive coat in the first room in the morning but by that time it was too late and the men had clearly nicked the coat or the staff but it wasn't there anymore.   breakfast was good, beds were good, bar was too noisy and goes until 2 am, but for the price i was satisfied. Rooms were clean

  We were two and stayed three nights.Starting positively, the breakfast buffet was really okay with bread (could be more diverse), cereals, milk, oat milk, different yogurts, cheese, ham and even humus, choco, peanut butter, salad, cucumber, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs....That's about it.Arriving, you get 6 mega touchscreens for self-registration, good, but slow, re-entering everything we had entered online (and paying an extra one cent for an unknown purpose). The staff was clearly not happy to be there. They showed us the sheets "here" (sheets had been thrown in a cupboard), and our room was "upstairs" (where room number directions were missing on the walls so we had to walk around and be lucky). We had ordered towels but the staff stayed adamant that it came at an extra cost, only accepting to give them without extra charge after showing our reservation. The room was okay, 6 bunk beds, but much too warm, even with rainy weather and 16°C outside and the light was, let's say, cozy., meaning it was difficult to see something without daylight. The bathroom was dirty, it got "cleaned" the next day in the morning, the ventilation wasn't working so the ceiling and walls had some mold on it.We had the impression the whole hostel was smelly.The people were not very respectful, e g. smoking in the entrance where there's a very large non-smoking sign. The staff wasn't willing or able to stop them. Some were drunk or under the influence of drugs and talked very loudly.We think they mix long-stay (weeks?) and short-stay, so our room "belonged" to the two people staying there.Get your breakfast early, we saw that after 8:30-9:00 it was a real pigsty. People left their plates and food on the tables, cereals were strewn all over the place....The kitchen and game rooms are in the cellar, not cozy at all and smelly. There's a common fridge, but it's over full, logical if there's one fridge for a whole hostel. Some people seem to put their food in there for a whole week. Also stuff gets moved around as new food is stored, finding it back is a challenge.Positive ending, the public toilets downstairs were quite clean.

  Terrible!! Do not stay here!! My grandson had his laptop, airpods, passport and basically everything else in his bag stolen and the staff were not interested in the least
