    Terrible. ⚠️ MAJOR SAFETY VIOLATION AND STAFF NEGLIGENCE - AVOID THIS HOSTEL! ⚠️I had the absolute worst experience of my life at a&o München Laim. I stayed in a shared room where one of the guests was clearly having a severe psychological crisis, creating an extremely unstable and dangerous environment for everyone.Multiple guests from the room, including myself, went to the reception to report the situation because we felt our physical integrity and safety were at imminent risk. Shockingly, the hotel staff did absolutely nothing. They completely ignored our safety concerns and left us trapped in a hazardous situation.I am uploading photos to prove the chaotic and unsafe conditions of the room. The lack of basic customer care, empathy, and safety protocols from the management is unacceptable. If you care about your personal safety, DO NOT stay here. They will take your money and abandon you if a dangerous situation arises.

    These are cruel people , never stay here. I booked accommodation with them for August month and paid about 100 euros as a deposit and in the contract it mentioned that the rest of the money I will pay in person at the property. Due to my visa delay from German embassy I could not make to Germany until now and in the stress of other things I forgot to cancel my booking but I was shocked to see that they just deduct about 750 euros from my account for whole month booking. Then I contacted these cruel people and tried to explain that you can keep my deposit money plus some money as a penalty of no show because I never been to Germany but they refused my request and ate my hard earn money. This is immoral bisiness without any mercy, please stay away from them as they have no humanity or values.

    Overall, not a bad place. Everything was clean, hot water, snow-white bed. The girl on reception was a bit unfriendly.

    Great Staff, bed not bad. Automatisch check in and clean rooms. Breakfast is on site and Bar serves food

    It’s ok for 1 night but not more . Kinda don’t understand how you could get settled with peace who live there constantly.
