    Do not book if you want to sleep.

    Awful experience, avoid if possible. You are guaranteed not to get sleep here if staying in the rear of the hotel as an ALDI warehouse is right behind the hotel and the noise coming from it all night is just painful. Having the window handles broken also does not help as the windows are then not fully sealed. If staying for more than one night you will not be provided with extra towels, you get one for your stay & that’s it. Carpets in bedrooms stink, and the urine smell from the bathroom floor is just horrific. Shared my frustration with the staff this morning again on my departure to be told while they were looking at their computers that their is nothing they can do 🤷‍♂️PLEASE do not book this place. Videos to share where but the site will not allow uploading of videos.

    This is the most underrated hotel in Munich. The hotel is clean and modern compared to most other European hotels. It is in a residential area, but the train station is a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious.

    Great hotel and location. Room is modern and clean. Washroom is big and modern. Breakfast taste great. They have sausage, ham, cheese, omelette, boiled eggs, salad, fruit, milk, cereal, coffee, tea, juice. Customer service is friendly.

    Excellent, modern vibrant hotel. Clean, warm and comfortable. The room and the breakfast both a real highlight. The staff are excellent and have great costumer service skills. Localarea has good shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Shame the local U bahn station is closed until mid July. Very good stay all round!     Small room , destroyed furniture, very dirty carpet . I was afraid of getting a fungus from walking barefoot since I didn’t bring any slippers. The only good things were the covered parking and the proximity to the U bahn stop. We already ordered new furniture for our rooms, but unfortunately the delivery currently takes a long time. The carpets will be cleaned thoroughly during the coming low-season, as it takes some time to dry again. Our Front Office Team is ready to provide free slippers if requested.
