  Good Location and nice room

  Good room close to the train station. The room was spacious (by europe standards) and clean. It was big enough for my wife, adult son, and I. There is no front desk and you have to check in online. But, we figured it out fairly easily. It was also had a washer and dryer in the basement that we used. But, you had to use an app (WeWash) which was a pain to setup. The breakfast was across the street at the Kings Hotel and was decent. But, there is a really good coffee shop/resteraunt next to the hotel (California Bean) that was awesome! But, you have to get there early or be prepared to wait in line. I think the only down side to this hotel is surrounding area is a bit sketchy at night. I would not recommend arriving at night.   Discrimination and inadequate behaviour

  Total racism and inadequate behavior, lie from the staff side. Despite of the fact the hotel reservation was already paid with additional payment for the early check-in, the manager of the hotel Mr. Pallauf not just refused in early check-in, he threatened to kick out my parents from the hotel during the phone call with me, additionaly started laughing at me when I fully introduced myself, mentioned my job position "a doctor" at the beginning of conversation. Total shame! So I recommend you to never choose this place, save your mental health. Unfortunately, parents don t have much time to move to different place in Munich, due to short duration of trip, for them being the guests of this hotel now is form of a punishment. Worst travel experience in the whole lifetime. Stay away from this hotel🙏

  It was a bit of a shock to arrive at our hotel and have to make our own arrangements without any human help . It was a bit bizarre to be in a hotel where one saw neither staff or fellow guests . However this one , which is recommended for long stays and offers cooking facilities if required , is something different from your traditional hotel . It’s an offshoot of Kings Hotel across the road and it’s great advantage is its proximity to the main railway station and Munich’s wonderful transport system , buses ,trams , S and U Bahn . It’s clean , the beds are comfortable , the bathroom is big with an easily accessible shower and it’s quiet in spite of being on a busy street . We were very happy with our stay . An added bonus is the cafe California Bean , which can be accessed directly from the hotel .   Memorable Stay in Munich

  Awesome property and location …. Easy check in and checkout. The clean, neat accomodation made the stay in Munich memorable for my family. Highly recommended if you are planning a trip to Munich.
