    We picked this hotel because we are arrived from the central station and were planning leaving from the central station to the airport. The hotel was literally across the street with one crosswalk. The metro train lines U4 and U5 also about half block below the hotel. Front desk staff Elaine was fabulous and helpful. We check In early ( around 1 pm) and Elaine expedited our room cleaning and advised us to enjoy the complementary coffee machine and left over breakfast pastries while we waiting. We requested a quiet room and got room 614 （ facing the courtyard). The room was totally renovated and modern feel with two double beds. We slept great for two nights. Be advised that the hotel currently is still under renovation （ all the rooms facing the street side on our sixth floor), but we did not heard any noises.

    Just spent my 6th time at Aloft Munich. As usual check in/ out went smoothly. Breakfast had enough variety. Staff very friendly. As always thanks for a great stay!!

    Great hotel located across from the Train station. Great staff, comfortable beds, great shower. Nothing but good things to say.

    It's small but acceptable. The room is smaller than expected but the location is really good. It's just outside of the main train station, and you can dorp bags then go around to enjoy the city!

    Second stay here.The location works, especially if you have bags.Steps from the main station.Easy walk to the city center.Public transport sits right outside.Rooms are large by European standards.Bed is comfortable.Water pressure is strong.Courtyard view was completely quiet.Everything about the room met expectations.The only problem was breakfast.Breakfast is basic European fare.Not worth the 20 euro price tag.As a Titanium member, I selected breakfast for the stay.I was told it covered two adults and kids eat free.No issues the first two mornings.On the third morning, the breakfast attendant stopped my daughters.She said breakfast was not included and demanded payment.I explained it was included and had been for two days.She said it only worked because she had extra help those days - not sure what that meant. At the front desk, before I could explain, she interrupted in German and insisted I pay.The front desk agent checked the reservation and confirmed breakfast was included.She continued to argue after being corrected.That interaction ended the stay on a bad note.It was unnecessary and unprofessional.That employee should not be in a guest-facing role.I would stay at Aloft Munich again for the location and rooms.The breakfast experience needs attention.
