    Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!Our stay was absolutely terrible from start to finish.The room was filthy, and the overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. The service was rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was not only disgusting but also outrageously overpriced.To make matters worse, our room had a clogged drain, which made the whole space smell awful. We couldn’t even use the toilet properly. When we reported the issue, the staff’s only response was that “maybe” it could be fixed the next day. No urgency, no apology, no compensation whatsoever.This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would never come back and strongly advise others to stay far away.

    We stayed here in 2015 for Oktoberfest and like that visit, reserved our room for Oktoberfest 2019 five months prior to the celebration. The hotel is modern with contemporary furnishings. Upon our arrival and registering we were pleasantly surprised that they noted we were return guests. This hotel is just outside of Munich but close to easily get to all we wanted to see. A 10-minute walk to the train station is then a 15-minute ride to the München Hauptbahnhof or the following stop at the Oktoberfest. At our request staff provided us with names of local restaurants featuring German food that we walked to and where we found the food delicious. We were able to park our rental car in Econtel’s underground garage for a small fee. The room was furnished with the basics, was clean and the bed comfortable. There is a/c and there are elevators. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant and there are others in the area. I would recommend this hotel if you're traveling to Oktoberfest or just planning to visit Munich.     I stayed here with a large school group from USA. Positives: breakfast was good, WiFi, beds were comfortable. Negatives: no A/C, train 100 yards away going by at least every hour, bathroom floor drain hole line produced foul smell.     While the room was spacious enough for 3 of us... We are a bit disappointed as it's far away from town. It's on the outskirts and traveling to and fro is a task.     The hotel is nice and calm. We have beed with small kids and it´s was nice for them. Nice rooms, clean and warm. The brakfast was very good. You have a private underground garage and one in front of the hotel. In front is cheaper but it´s very dificult to find a free space. WIFI was very good.
