  Several outages. Hotel not up to a 4 star rating.

  Great structure but tries not very well. It could use a little more attention to detail. Cleanliness in the room not at the top. Upon our arrival the room was ready and we found everything quite tidy but the floor was not going to be swept and clean. There were crumbs on the ground everywhere and stains on the furniture (glass marks, noticeable halos on all the kitchen countertops), a sign that cleaning the room, apart from fixing the beds, had not been carried out properly. The coffee machine was dirty, full of used capsules and no water in the tank. Even this denotes little care in the preparation and thorough cleaning of a room before the guest change.I still enjoyed the size of the room (one suite) and the comfort of the bed (mattress with very comfortable topper). The really sore note was to find, in the morning, that there was no soap in the dispenser container in the shower just while you were washing. This is also not acceptable in a hotel that boasts a 4-star rating. But, even worse, the fact that the room hasn't really been rearranged throughout the day. Upon our return late in the evening everything was as we had left it in the morning. Unmade beds, no change of towels. Nothing. It really is the first time, in my many trips and stays all over the world, that I happened to stay in a 4-star hotel that offers disservices of this kind. Obviously, in view of the late hour in which we returned to the room and considering that we would only sleep one more night, I did not ask for the room to be redone and we made enough towels still usable and used hand soap for the shower the next morning. Breakfast is considered average of the hotels in this category although it would be appreciated a minimum of explanation more with tags of buffet products and any allergens present. Not all products, in fact, have indicated and specified what it is (eg yougurt).Surely, to visit the area, it is a comfortable hotel if you move by car having lots of free parking and then being able to go to the station in Dachau (about 3km) from where you can move by train and metro to Munich. Surely, though, if not in particular periods like the Oktober Fest, you can find better staying in the same price range and category of hotel.I have to admit that I find myself in part in many other not exactly positive reviews. Apparently some inefficiencies at this hotel are the rule. I cannot think, therefore, that this is a case.   disrespectful hotel

  we are from Lebanon and we planned a vacation to munich so we booked this hotel through Hotels.com with option pay at the hotel, and we faced diffucult circumstances in Lebanon due to war our flight was canceled and we were not able to travelWe forgot to cancel the hotel, the policy that was on hotels.com that in case no show they will take the charge on 1 night only instead they took all the amount and after contacting the hotel and hotels.com they arent accepting to charge only one night and return the rest of the amount.This is stealing!!!   Best Cost Hotel

  Nice studio suite room with all basic amenities. Sofa was converted into a bed as we were three people accommodated in double bed room.Room was clean, quiet and big enough.   Not everything went as it should

  This hotel is also used as an immigration detention, but it seemed quiet and peaceful anyway. Room was clean and spacious. We were two adults and two kids, but the kids sofabed had no bedclothes. We cheched in very late (after midnight) and there was nobody to contact. They had left our room key (and also a form with all our personal data) on the desk at the reseption. Innovative solution and maybe a bit unsafe, but we were grateful to at least get the room after a delayed flight and luggage delays. But no bedding for the teenagers, so we had to share plus use towels. Not good. Parking lot is big, hotel breakfast was ok and the hotel is just nearby the KZ Dachau.

  This hotel was fine. It was an easy walk to see the Dachau Concentration Camp. There's no AC, buy when we went it was chilly outside, so it didn't matter and we opened our window. The staff was nice and helpful upon arrival and gave us a late checkout. The shower is one with a half wall of glass, so when you shower water gets everywhere in the bathroom. Wasn't a huge deal. This was a fine hotel to stay in for one night. The hallways are pretty run down, but the room was fine, a little small, but works for a night.
