    Took my kids here for a few days and absolutely loved it, amazing hotel, lovely staff and stunning premium room. Mini bar was restocked every day and room was immaculately cleaned daily as well.     The room and hotel are really nice and cool.The big issues is their service. I am a Touring Professional and our touring party stayed at the hotel. Myself and my Tour Manager dropped off laundry as soon as we showed up so they would definitely be returned the next day. There are no laundry prices on-line and they did not show me any laundry prices as I dropped off the clothes. We hadn't checked in as it was Noon and Check in was 3pm.ONCE PICKING UP LAUNDRY, THEY CHARGE ME FOR MY BAG 211 EURO!!!!! FOR LAUNDRY!!!!! THEY SAID THAT WAS THE POSTED PRICE IN THE ROOMS!!!! WHICH I HAD NOT SEEN BEFORE DROPPING OFF!!!!!211 EURO FOR LAUNDRYIT WAS 30 EURO IN CARDIFF40 IN LONDONALL OFF SITE, OVER NIGHT LAUNDRYTHESE PEOPLE GAVE NO SOLUTIONS AND JUST SAID HOTEL POLICYTHEY GAVE ME NO INFORMATIONHORRIBLE PLACEInvoice attached since they DONT HAVE LAUNDRY PRICES ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!
