    This is a great, well run hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We found the location to be quite nice - it's a pleasant residential area that is quite convenient to public transportation (tram, bus, and U bahn).     From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism shown by all the staff members. There were several aspects of my stay that made it exceptional. Firstly, my first room was immaculate, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Secondly, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste.     Munich’s very nice hotel offers excellent service. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist you. The breakfast is amazing, with a large buffet line. They also have a spacious spa that includes an indoor pool, streams, and a sauna. There’s also a nice bar, cafe, and rooftop bar open to everyone.
