  This is a standard business hotel some 20 minutes away from the Munich trade fair. Service is very friendly; breakfast buffet is really good. The rooms are quite spartan & functional but ok for overnight business stays. All in all a solid business option and direct urban train connection to the main railway station making it also an interesting option for tourism.

  Room was neat and tidy.now for the bad points in no particular order:- 50 inch TV in the room that can't connect to wifi, and does not have the smartcard module required for todays encrypted tv channels- only one thin pillow, no spares in the room- wifi is slow, unreliable, and the password to log in is extremely long, but still easy to guess - and why not use that password as a WPA key instead of running a wide open network?- breakfast was cancelled / delayed too much for me to be able to have it due to the contractor that they outsourced the breakfast to having a car problem on the way(Staff was very nice about it, refunded the breakfast with no discussion)- no power outlets near the beds- very noisy if you open the window to get some cool air in

  They are being bothered to help you - their motto should be "were not happy until your not happy. I arrived from the airport after being awake 20 hours - "Check in is at 3" well.. I dont care if the room is clean or not I need a shower and a rest. Nope, no... no. we are all full. Rules, regulations, it's on the website...blah blah. Great, my last hassle of the trip and it has to be insurmountable The lobby and hotel, in general, was not full so that was a lie. the rooms are OK not great, its next to the train tracks so it's loud. The hotel is clean - they give you maybe 2 towels per day so not enough of those. I could not find the wifi password and the lady at the front desk was put out that I would ask for it. Finally found it under some promotional papers in the room. Due to the layout, the taxi has to stop far away from the place - its a weird design. My recommendation is find something else if possible. I would not return if I had a choice in the matter. I did not make the reservations but if it were up to me it would be off the list because of hostile treatment of international travelers - I know for a fact room were empty and available - maybe they dont like people. When more of us showed up from the same company and hung out in the lobby -may be the front desk people wanted to get rid of us so they gave our rooms to us then and we did not have to wait till 3 even though she insisted it was a hard and fast rule. I can look forward to being treated like an inmate for the week I suspect. Avoid future human contact at this place if possible. They should get some staff that is trained on customer service especially for international travelers.

  I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room is spacious. Bathroom and room was clean. The main lighting was also dim,not bright enough. There were free haribo sweets and 1 bottle of mineral water. But it was not given on the 2nd night, where usually it would be given on other hotels. The most disturbing part was the train noise which was pretty loud,even the window was closed. The hotel location is just beside the train station. Overall the hotel was just ok for me.

  Stayed here on business and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get to via the SBahn from the airport. The room was ok from a size point of view but it lacked some of the comforts of other hotels such as a fridge, aircon and it was actually quite darkly lit which made working in the room a bit difficult. My room faced the square which can be a bit noisy in the evenings and also the SBahn trains can be felt underneath as they thunder through- I didn't get much sleep the first night but got used to it after that. I found the wifi worked ok and was using this in the morning and the evening at busy times. Breakfast was OK with sufficient choice of continental and cooked. I would stay here again as long as I bring my earplugs for the first night!
