    40 minute check in process when then couldn’t find out booking. Rooms without heating (snowing outside). Another hour waiting in the lobby for another room. Couldn’t even call a taxi for us when we found another place to stay. Staff very unhelpful. Try to avoid.

    Do not think of stopping in this hotel!!! Rooms are not cleaned, people are not helping at all, In the room there is no conditioning and you can not sleep at night during summer time... Internet - very poor. I am wondering if I really visiting Germany ...or other country.towels are stained too.

    Rooms in good size, clean, helpful service. Art all around. Kid's liked it.At the same time there is nothing to do around, except business park. The breakfast was below our standards. But good value for money!

    well don't be confused by the name ANA, Nothing to do with Japanese Airline company (I have tought so) rooms are big, area is quiet, breakfast is poor, staff is friendly.close to Airport by car otherwise need a bus ride + Train ride.Overall its worth the money.
