This art deco style hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes from all the main public transport links, the Oktoberfest and a number of other attractions. Due to its excellent location in the city centre the hotel is very easy to reach. The nearest bus stop is 40 m away and the main train station is around 250 m away. In addition, the hotel is 35 km away from Munich Airport.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1910. 112 rooms, including 25 single rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     This is a very good budget hotel in a great location

    Very good location. About 3 blocks from the central station or 20 minute pleasant walk to Marienplatz. Good size room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Huge bathroom, lovely shower and a proper hairdryer. Electric plug points next to the bed and at the desk. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast.

    Fantastic hotel! Staff will speak English if required, rooms clean (daily housekeeping), amazing buffet breakfast, little treats on the pillows for the kids upon arrival, tea and coffee making facilities as well as mini fridge. Downside - there is no water proofing from shower to bathroom ledge to door/hallway. As a result the shower will leak out of the bathroom to the hallway floor if you don’t be careful.

    Hello all..Returned back after a weeks stay @ this hotel in munich.Downtown closer to old town hotel os located.Booked during the visa process and suggestion for this hotel came.No concierge available,Checkin process fast,Room could accommodate all 4 suitcases and 2 small trolleys.Nice Xmas decoration see images.room cleaning happens by noon.Day1 night something unpleasant was witnessed however the reception staff when addressed and send them a photo as requested Ensured guest satisfaction,room cleaning and change of room.However we opted not to.Tgey did a service recovery with sparkling wine+chocolate. Breakfast complimentary (Scrambled egg, cereals, yogurt, cheese selection, bread, preserve,juices hot beverage)waffle for Xmas day and following day.Gluewine by evening @ the bar counter free.Bar opens by evening.tea coffee making facility in room,Small mini bar available.No room service available.Vending machine available in hotel for beverages.outside there are shops to get food. Tram, metro, bus-station etc.Thankyou..!!

    The good things about this hotel: Excellent breakfast buffet, very close to train station, and some good food options nearby. Staff are young and attentive.The bad things: It's an old building and it feels tired. The smell was musty or overpowering cleaning chemicals. And the rooms were tiny, considering the prices paid (nearly $300/night for a triple).
