Change the carpet please

The hotel was ok. They need to change the carpet. We know they changed the sheets with the fresh fold lines. The neighborhood is not the best, but close to the sites. Munich is expensive this time of year and the hotels take advantage of that.

Bad experience. Not a 4-star hotel

Bad location (area full of shops of poor reputation), room in bad conditions (pictures published in website are far from reality), and not a good breakfast. The worst came when the receptionist opened the door of our room unexpectedly and without knocking on (we got shocked), alleging reasons of having the check-in completed... simply unacceptable!!

Definitely the location is the biggest reason I will never pick this hotel again, don’t know how I missed all the informations about it. Not very secure looking side of town, plenty Cabarets, homeless sleeping around the corners and lots of baggers all around, big g construction going on. Picked this one for being close the center area and train station but that was a big mistake. Dirty carpet was big no no, pretty small room but we did have the 5th floor room looking at the courtyard(back side) so we did have queen bed and one sofa turned into bed, did have a Nescafé and tea kettle. I personally would not recommend this hotel just because of the location, do your area search better. Metro is everywhere if you need to be close to train station.

Hotel in an excellent location, hotel staff were excellent, special mention to the bar manager. He was a great laugh & kept us entertained😀. Breakfast was good & plenty to choose from.Would definitely stay here again, really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Convenient hotel in 5-minute walk form the main train station, very good breakfas.

The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and about 15 minutes on foot from Marienplatz. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The room was small but clean, with a comfortable bed. Overall, I think it's an ideal place for a short-term stay. Moderate price. Despite the convenient location for train travel, the neighborhood is not particularly pleasant. The bathroom lacks racks and shelves for clothes, which is a bit inconvenient.
