    Avoid room 614, avoid the B&B Hotel in Landshut

    The air conditioner emitted loud whirring at irregular intervals when switched off. Since the reception is not staffed overnight, I was left alone with the problem. Sleep was unthinkable!The next morning at check-out I informed the reception and asked for feedback from the manager to discuss the incident.There was no contact, so I called the hotel again myself and asked again for a call back from the manager. Nothing, no callback, no contact after a week.The fact that an air conditioner sometimes causes problems can happen. But the fact that as a hotel manager you don't apologize to your guest and discuss the incident is quite a grail appreciation of the guest. Originally submitted in German on www.tripadvisor.de.     The hotel was really good value for money. However, it was not the same standard at the B&B Hotel in Prato where I stayed a couple of weeks ago. There was a really odd water noise that I have noticed in other reviews that became quite distracting. The room was small and there were no facilities such as a fridge and safe which were in the Prato hotel. I changed to this hotel from the Ibis because of my positive experience in Prato but I wish I had kept my booking at the Ibis.

    We ended staying the night last minute when our train broke down in Landshut. The owner was very accommodating and made a very stressful situation much easier. He helped booked taxis to take us to dinner, called a restaurant to make a reservation and ensure that they would still be open to serve us since it was so late.We had a family room which was great - bunk beds and a double bed. Room was very clean and modern.Very close to the train station.Highly recommend this property.

    This is by far the best place to stay with kids.Sayed, the manager/owner was available all the time, kind, helpful, always with a smile.So clean and modern, also safe,Breakfast is a must, and well worth the money.Family rooms have great bunk beds and can easily fit 2 adults and two teenagers.Bravo!

    Great value for money! Clean rooms, cushions and bed smells fresh, friendly efficient service! The breakfast is really good! It’s also very close to the main train station which helps for further travels!
