    Avoid at all costs

    rating03 Jan 2025

The Good:Decently Clean: The hotel was reasonably clean, meeting my basic expectations. The Bad and Ugly:Terrible Service:Reception Issues: When I arrived around 4 PM, the reception was closed, and I had to use an automated check-in machine in the cold. There were a couple of senior citizens ahead of me who struggled with the machine but eventually managed to book a room.Check-in Challenges:I went through the check-in process quickly and took a picture of the screen displaying the room number and access code, even though it stated the details would be emailed.Just as I entered the lobby, the senior citizens who checked in before me came back, saying they had forgotten their room number and hadn’t received an email. I checked my own email and found nothing at the time. Later, I noticed the email came through an hour after my check-in (from booking.com)Poor Service and Inconvenience:Inaccessible Location: Although the hotel is close to the airport, it is in an isolated area with no amenities nearby.Malfunctioning Automated Machine: The vending machine was out of order, leaving me with no way to get snacks or meals for my two young, hungry children. I’m not sure if the machine was deliberately left non-functional, perhaps because it was New Year’s Eve. If it was not intentional, I apologise.I took a taxi to a couple of nearby restaurants, but they were also closed. The lack of food options was extremely frustrating. Conclusion:While the hotel was clean, the terrible service, isolated location, and lack of dining options made my stay highly inconvenient. I would only recommend staying here only if you have access to a car.

    Assigned to an occupied room!!

    rating27 Sept 2024

For your own safety, do not book here! When we let ourselves into our assigned room, we found that it was fully occupied with a "do not disturb" sign on the door and clothes and luggage all over the room. When we went downstairs to seek help, we found that reception was closed (even though it was before 5 pm) and we could not reach anyone via the phone. They don't even have an emergency phone number. We and at least a dozen other guests (with various other problems) waited over half an hour until someone thankfully re-openned the reception desk. When we explained the problem, the only apology we recevied from the staff member was "sorry," which was accompanied by an eyeroll. I am now concerned about our safety and the safety of our belongings while we are in this hotel. I hate to think what could have happened if the guests had been present when we entered their room, and I am afraid that someone might enter our room. I strongly advise you not to book with an B&B Hotels as, if you encounter a problem like we did, you may not be able to reach anyone for help. Their reception hours are limited and there is no one to reach after hours, even in the case of an emergency.

    Good, basic accommodation

    rating17 May 2024

Let’s start with the obvious, this is a budget hotel so those of you expecting top notch service are not going to find it here. That said, although the rooms are on the small side they are functional, clean and air conditioned. The TV has a wide selection of channels and the bathroom is good with unlimited hot water. As stated on previous reviews the hotel is situated in an industrial section of the town but is only a 10 minute walk to at least 4 restaurants. Even with its location it was very quiet at night. Hotel does serve pizza and has a vending machine for snacks, drinks - including beer and wine!! Nothing better than a cold beer in the evening. All in all my visit was good if basic but I expected that before I arrived. I did find the auto check in process quite easy to receive my room number and door code.Public transport links are good and easy access to both Munich and the airport. Breakfast is also available for an extra charge and was more than satisfactory.

Terrible service, do not stay here.

    rating30 Oct 2023

This hotel was awful, where do I begin. First of all, they have automated check in on machines for majority of the day and no staff more than half the time, we witnessed a poor elderly couple arrive at 10:30pm, no receptionist after 10pm and the auto check in couldn’t find there reservation they had papers and a booking number for, emergency line was German speaking only, we tried for 45 mins to help these people and they had to sleep in the lobby!! I felt horrible for them. Then our hotel room had a broken AC, we kept telling them and they kept telling us to try this and try that, we repeatedly tried to do what they told us and the AC never worked when they should have had a maintenance person on site to fix these issues, we had to sleep with the window open for air and lady bugs got all over our room. Then a poor lady came up to us asking if there was any workers because her daughter had diabetic injection medication that needed to be refrigerated and they not only had no mini fridges but no ice either! Nothing to keep anything cold, drinks, food, nothing. Rooms are teeny tiny, bathrooms too, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve encountered and I travel a lot, stay somewhere else!!

    Not my next choice.

    rating25 Oct 2023

The hotel is located not too far from the airport. Although there is an airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport, it won't pick up anyone on the way back from the airport to the hotel. So, be prepared to pay around 25 euro for a taxi, to get to the hotel. There aren't places to eat or buy food/groceries nearby because the hotel is in an industrial area.If you plan to stay at the hotel for a few days and visit Munich, be prepared to deal with unreliable/ nonexistent public transportation or splurge on a taxi. The hotel itself is quite modern with clean rooms and friendly staff.Speaking of staff, I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that the reception desk is closed from 10 pm to 7 am and there's no one to contact in case of emergency. Also, there's no option to add/ pay for the shuttle to the airport at self-check-in or find the shuttle's schedule, if you arrive after reception is closed for the day.Because of all those reasons, I'll look for a different hotel next time.
